We love building websites, and we love helping people stand out. So when one of our clients asked us for help with their website, we jumped at the opportunity. Well, first we took a deep dive into what they do, who their customers are, and where they hang out online. Then we surveyed their competitor’s sites – did they have a service that fits their client’s niche? If so, how do we improve on it? If not, we know we have a great angle to capture that target audience.

“hi Sandrine” founder Kristoff Manchi came to Client Clutch with the task of building a brand identity that represented their vision for the next 10 years. It was our task to position their brand in a market cluttered with bath bomb kits. We started with research, speaking to the real people who fit the personas we crafted for the company and also doing a deep dive into the cultural trends of self-care and skincare.

Our research and interviews exposed the perfect positioning for the brand, which guided our copywriters and designers to the finish line and ultimately helped us craft a strong brand identity for a product that now looks like you’d find it on the shelves at Bath and Bodyworks.
